Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ: CZWI), the holding company
for Citizens Community Federal, today announced that it recently opened
its new branch in the Walmart supercenter in Shawano, Wis. The
full-service location is at 1244 East Green Bay Street in Shawano.

Bancorp, Inc., "We are excited about expanding our footprint in Shawano
and providing Citizens' brand of high-quality banking and superior
service to the local community. This is the fourth out of our six
planned new Walmart branch openings in 2009. We're committed to offering

As previously announced, the Company plans to open two additional
branches in Plover, Wis., and Oak Park Heights, Minn., in 2009.
